Inquiries and reservations are accepted via our website (email or contact form)

If a reservation is made via email, it must be announced within 3 days. The guest guarantees the reservation by paying a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount. Payment options are arranged individually for each guest. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer.

The prices listed in the price list apply for any length of stay (from 1 day onwards). The final bill is settled at the hotel reception before departure, either in cash or by card. Reservation changes are only possible in written form and depend on the availability of accommodation units. The hotel reserves the right to reject a reservation if the guest fails to pay the deposit within the agreed timeframe. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. In this case, the deposited amount will be refunded.

Notice on Complaint Submission

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we inform consumers that complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted in writing to: Pansion Tramontana, Beli 2, 51557 Cres, or via email at: booking[at]beli-tramontana.com
You will receive a written response to your complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt.
